(Strategies that may be used to reduce prices and package items) I’ll go through how he made price adjustments within his own firm while also telling us how he runs a pricing committee at his company.
Patrick will also walk us through a pricing structure analysis and consultation with our customers, as well as how to use that data to make good decisions.
